Came by on a weekday an hour before closing and there was still a wait, that's how you know it's good. They took our order outside and once we got in(10 min wait), it was game time. We got the Kalbu Jjim with cheese, and it was really tasty.

Really huge portions of food, fast service and able to do the yelp waitlist easily. The restaurant had dark mood lighting fitting the theme! The only thing is water refills were constantly needed.

I love love love this place! Food is absolutely delicious! However, I would love for the kalbijjim to be offered in a smaller portion. That way 2 people can still enjoy it without having about half left over. After a beer, the kalbijjim, & the tip, we end up paying about $135 for two people. So if a smaller portion was offered, I'd definitely visit more often! Either way, they pack your leftovers really nice with their sealing machine & I always finish it the next day at home.

This place is worth coming if you have a party of 3+ people bacause their portion is big. They don't have many options in the menu, their signature beef stew fits 3 people (regular size) or 6 people (large size). So if you really wanna dine here, either get a big party of friends or have an empty stomach. The beef stew was really delicious, you won't get disappointed. We also order the cold noodles with raw beef, I never had it before and I didn't dare to eat consume raw meat, but my friend highly recommended me and I tried it. Glad that I did!!!! It was soooo refreshing especially after getting overwhelm by tons of meat and potatoes from the stew. It tastes like Vietnamese papaya salad "goi du du" but with beef and noodles instead of papaya. I highly recommend that dish! We got on waitlist through Yelp and it was faster than we expected. Glad we came thirty minutes earlier than estimated time. They took our order before we got seated, so the food came out quickly.
